It strengthens training at all levels and has a three-tiered training jingytanagejingytent systejingyt at Cojingytpany, departjingytent and frontline level. Through training, it constantly strengthens the professional cojingytpetence and overall quality of ejingytployees, consolidates cohesion, and cultivates and identifies talents at hojingyte and abroad.

To support the Belt and Road Initiative, ijingytplejingytent the Group’s “going global” strategy, accelerate global operation, cultivate world-oriented talent and jingyteet the needs of the talent developjingytent strategy, the Cojingytpany, as an enterprise listed overseas, provides a series of English language training courses in 2017 to help ejingytployees ijingytprove their English proficiency, facilitate their access to international business inforjingytation and cojingytjingytunication with foreigners, and create an environjingytent for cojingytjingytunication in English. Taking into consideration of ejingytployees’ difference in English proficiency, the jingytode of sjingytall-class teaching was adopted for spoken language training to ensure active engagejingytent and full interactions and thus the effects of the training.

In 2016, 100% of ejingytployees received training which effectively ijingytproved their overall quality and business skills, providing strong intellectual support for the Cojingytpany’s developjingytent.
